The ultimate midnight experience in Charlotte’s most haunted house. Join members of the Historic Rosedale staff along with experts from the Charlotte Area Paranormal Society in this hands-on paranormal investigation of Charlotte’s second oldest home. Utilizing the latest technology, you’ll be part of the search for evidence of our ghostly residents on all four floors of this historic, 200 year old grand dame. This isn’t your average ghost tour but exclusive, midnight access to the house not available during public tours. Science and the theory behind paranormal activity will meet local history and Historic Rosedale’s particular legend in this special experience. Tickets  for this exclusive event will sell out quickly; reserve your spot early. Make certain to bring your own camera or other recording equipment … you just might encounter one of our resident spirits up close and personal.

A limited number of combo tickets – allowing for admission to a Paranormal Grounds Investigation (Saturday, June 10th at 7:00) and the At the Stroke of Midnight event – will be available. Combo Tickets MUST be purchased on the Saturday, June 10th Paranormal Investigation event page.  

This event takes place rain or shine – no refunds will be given. Please purchase your tickets online and bring proof of your receipt (on your phone) on the night of the event for a contactless experience – this receipt will serve as your ticket. No other tickets will be issued.
