History preserved: How Wilmington's oldest buildings are being honored

The Burgwin-Wright House is the first in Wilmington to have the new sapphire Historic Wilmington Foundation plaque, which designates it as a structure that is 200 years or older. A second sapphire plaque at the home has been installed to denote it as the site of the cities first colonial jail.
